Pet Policy

Guest hereby agrees to comply with the following:

1. Guest to pay an additional pet fee in the amount of $20 per pet, per night.

2. All pets must comply with the following specifications (documentation from an accredited veterinarian must be provided by Guest upon request):

3. May not exceed 50 lbs. unless stated above.

4. Must be at least 1 year(s) of age or older.

5. Must be spayed or neutered.

6. Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventive is highly recommended.

7. All pets must be leashed at all times in outdoor areas.

8. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse.

9. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time.  Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.

10. All pets are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival.  Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets.

11. Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage may be deducted from the security deposit.

12. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.

13. Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, indoors or out.  A Pet crate is recommended.  Pet will not be left unattended on the balcony, patio, or porch.

14. The homeowner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises.

15. The Guest shall be solely responsible for the pet while on the property.

16. Guests must be considerate of the other guests in the duplex.  After 2 complaints of noise or other problems, Guest will be asked to find an alternate home for the pet or leave without refund.

17. No cats allowed at any time.

floor of this duplex is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit.  The large master bedroom has a king bed and huge walk in shower.  The second room includes 2 extra long twin beds.
